Never seen such a waste of tax payer money. Six guys using 4 trucks to put up decorative lights. It use to be 3 guys, 1 driving, 1 handing the light & 1 in hanging & no blocking of both sides of the road. Now, they block up both sides of the road, take 10 minute break per each block leaning on the hood of the trucks. They don't care that you're stuck in-between the block that they're blocking off & that you have to go some where. They're not moving until they're good & ready. Huge waste of tax payers money! Again, that's all this city knows how to do waste money & poor planning of everything.
