Thankful we have strong voices in our community. One man was phenomenal last night. Clear, strong, and finally put the board on notice. We are watching. The “back door deals” he referred to last night has been a problem for many years. I hope to see a change in leadership at LTES. They should have done the cuts the right way and they would have had respect at least. The last hired should have been the first to go. It is the only fair way. Now you have created a district and staff who is always wondering, “when is it going to be me?”. Very upsetting and terrible for morale.
