Sea Isle City agree with the spouter that the Rentals are so expensive at the beaches also offshore. We were told that S.I. was the first for expensive sales and rentals. The houses along the coast are much nicer in other areas then S.I. S.I. has chased the young fams away. Many Seniors are on a Budget they are just making it. If you live too long maybe you won't be able to afford these properties. The City won't have year round residents. It's out of control the prices. Let's hope SI. will be the first to lower the prices. All the condos are the same.
