Diamond Beach is full of AB&Bs and requiring the property owner to be on site when renting is only the first topic open for discussion. How many are operating under the radar and are claiming lack of parking for their friends and family visiting, when in fact some rentals attract 4-6 cars for a week or more! It is gluttony and they have the nerve to fight parking meters, to free up long term parking on our public streets.
