As a retired federal employee I have lived in Middle Twp. for over 40 years. I have notice changes in this Township going down hill for over 5 years now. County dispatched is poorly ran. Dispatchers there are about 3 good ones. The rest should be fired. The Police dept. had a Streets Crimes Unit that ended when Leusner's flunkies gained rank and retired. No more Street Crimes. Manpower all time low. They say it's full staff. For 2010 maybe. Now no cars for patrol. I think the Administration should give up their cars along with the Twp manager. The citizens deserve better.
