All the cuts that are happening at the LTES should rethink their actions! There are teacher aids who get away with making Tic Toks during school hrs instead of helping in the classrooms, teachers who walk hallways carrying their coffee mug while others are left to do their jobs. Admin who has inappropriate behavior with their employees and that’s ok? All while our hard working people are wondering if they are going to keep their jobs! Come on people, open your eyes, our teachers shouldn’t be worry if they are going to have a job while the useless people continue to work!
