One of the cuts in LTES is the librarian clerk/aide position. There is no librarian in the building. The clerk is the one keeping the library operational. Without that role, who exactly is going to run the library? Who helps students, manages materials, and a million other things. Cutting this position doesn’t just reduce staffing—it effectively eliminates the functionality of the library altogether.
