Many spouts have cited that increased development/ratables raises taxes rather than lowers them. They appear to be correct. Middle's tax base increased $74 billion over 2025. Does this include the promised windfall from pot stores? Either way, our taxes went up. If development makes taxes go up, rather than down, there appears to be zero benefit for increased development.
