Oh my goodness! Watching these congressional proceedings is a hoot! Mostly NJ Booker, he can not restrain himself and commit to the congressional decorum, obviously he demonstrates these rules do not apply to him. Meaning, they asks a question, and the person has the right to respond, uninterrupted. But! No! Not this radical tyrant, he grandstands, every chance he gets not to mention the other persons time as well. Hey! Divides us every chance he gets to make a mockery of these proceedings. What a disgrace to our so called representation to find common ground for all. NOT what we need today.
