There are always two sides to every story. The claim that employees were “pushed out” ignores that some were actively contributing to disruption and attempting to influence leadership and the community. People have a choice those resistant to accountability often choose to leave. The Township is aware of ongoing complaints from a small, dissatisfied group once shielded by former leadership. Increased legal costs often reflect addressing past issues and ensuring compliance not dysfunction. It’s 1 Union that continues to file grievances not based on contract violation but on self- entitlem
