I’m appalled at the fact that Lower Township gets funding from Cape May County to assist with infrastructure improvements, and they have yet to take a look at the lack of storm water drainage. Chapter 575 in the LT code mentions new developments and storm water management. Guess what, new developments don’t include single family homes. The people who have paid taxes here for decades now have to assume responsibility for all the storm water run off from new construction.
