Many of the changes have been welcomed. Showing up to work isn’t the issue targeting qualified employees selected to do a job is. Leadership requires accountability from both management and staff. It’s easy to call for compassion, respect, and fairness, but those values must apply to coworkers too. Using salary complaints and outlets like Spout Off to divide and attack colleagues is unfair and undermines the progress being made. Positive change will continue, and those unwilling to contribute should reconsider their role.
