The spouter from the Villas was correct about the over development causing flooding issues. The property next door installed a large concrete slab, now half of their property floods every rain storm, also part of my yard. The property across from me is installing a large concrete drive pitched right toward my home in the exact spot that is already flooded. I called code enforcement, they said there’s no enforcement for driveways or concrete. “They can concrete their whole yard if they want to”, great well I guess nothing is stopping me from erecting a giant hill to send the storm water back.
