Re: The Lower Township "rant" that too many full-time people live here and the "shoobies" should stay away, especially during the summer months because the area is too crowded, making it unbearable to live here. My parents bought a summer home in NCM in 1959, and we have been vacationing here and are now living here full time. This area needs "summer dollars" and would not survive without "summer guests".
