There is no place to live that has ever been made better by having more people move there. What made CMC nice is that it didn’t have a large population and it was rural with a lot of wildlife habitat. Tourism was CMC’s downfall. The shoobies started moving here. Woods started getting cut down for housing developments. Summers are unbearable now. Too many tourists. Too many year round residents. Our best hope is a recession that drives a lot of people out and drives down property taxes. CMC was way nicer in the 70’s and 80’s. Hopefully more shoobies will stay home or go to Delaware inst
