It amazes me how uninformed the frequent commenters on this page are. Crest Memorial has a budget divide that number by the number of students in the dstrict and you get the cost per pupil. The more students there are, that number goes down. A school is the heart of a community, constantly commenting "shut it down" is just stupid. The taxes in Wildwood Crest are not high and the community can adequately sustain the school. The community has to pay for its children to be educated so your money will be spent regardless if the school is open or not. The Board agenda is on the website.
