I am the senior in Cape May that prayed for heat in the winter..so thanks for your comment "2partiesuck".. I have a thermometer in my apartment to measure the temperature. The maintenance staff isn't qualified or paid to take care of a building this size. The manager doen't have the credentials, knowledge or self respect and relies on the president of the Tenants Association to keep us seniors in line. I pay top $ for rent and have my mink when cold. Hoping this gets published! WE NEED HELP
