Trump's demand for a national voting list is, to put it bluntly, stupid and useless. This is why: Each state would submit its own list. States update their voting lists every day for residents who have died, changed name, or moved out of state. Thus all the states' lists would become inaccurate and unreliable the day after they were submitted. Trump's demand is absurd as well as unconstitutional.
