When will OC Code Enforcement & Police issue fines/tickets to contractors who violate city ordinances? Instead they give them a heads up with no ticket or fine. I speed, I get a ticket. I park illegally I get a fine. But, if I'm a contractor, I get a heads up. Issue fines/tickets, collect the money and just maybe, city council won't feel the need to raise taxes.
