My comment to a reply about the proposed black asphalt on the Promenade and his/her reply on how pedestrians easily walk across the asphalt streets during the summer months. If you noticed, and you probably did not, many people walk along the white or yellow painted lines to avoid getting their feet burned. Sandals, no sandals, the asphalt gets hot and it is a poor decision by Mayor Mullock to pave the Promenade with black asphalt. By the way, I live in Cape May and walk along the beach and Promenade all of the time. I don't miss a beat!
