I agree w/ the spouter saying that Justice Brown isn't up to the job. Even liberal justices on SCOTUS lambasted her reasoning in the 8-1 "conversion therapy" case. I also agree with the spouter that her race should not be part of the criticism; it is irrelevant. Her acumen (or in this case lack thereof) however is extremely relevant.
