With the demolition of so many motels or condo conversions, it’s a fact the Wildwoods are no longer affordable for the common vacationer. Back in the 50s-60s there were lower cost (but nice) motor court motels on the mainland. Those have largely become crime-infested pigsties. It would be great if we could see a return to the old motor court concept, where families would want to stay.
