Lower MPH on GSP not my choice at age 83. I have most of my faculties and 65 has never been a problem. If anything, the speed limit should have been raised to 70. PA TPK raised theirs to 70 years ago. If a driver feels unconfortable keeping up with traffic at 65 MPH, maybe they should stay off of the parkway.
