Senate Democrats are trying to pass a measure to fund all of DHS except the well-funded ICE and Border Patrol (unless that $ has been misspent or pocketed - hm??? ) Anyone who runs a business knows that you work within your budget! WE are paying this money, and our kids and grandkids. SHAME.
