Why are the Republicans in congress refusing to fund the TSA and coast Guard because the Democrats are asking that ICE operate under a uniform code of conduct by requiring that all ICE agents be unmasked, with operating body cameras, pursuing specific warrants rather than roving bands of officers? We require that for local and state police, as well as the armed services. Why are Republicans balking?
