It was nice to see a Herald news story that included Charles Sandman. Our history needs to be retold in that he was very close to becoming Vice President and possibly even President back in 1974 when Richard Nixon resigned, and Ford,Agnew & Rockefeller were all in the mix. History can always repeat, and we did manage to get by back then.
