Although I've never eaten at the Flight Deck, I believe the headline that it is "beloved." I have no experience in food service, nor dealing the DRBA, but seeing how eateries coped w/ the Covid mess I wonder: Could the owners set up an outdoor dining area at the airport (or tented) and operate from a food truck kitchen? So many places down here are seasonal anyway. Again, I have no idea about the feasibility of what I've suggested, but I thought I'd float the idea.
