State lawmakers have made another wonderful decision for the citizens of new jersey. The lower township man that killed the seagull in front of many people on the boardwalk, got probation. It takes a vicious, horrible person to rip a seagull's head off in front of other people.Yet he only got probation.. The state of new jersey is such a forgiving state.. My theory is, if you're capable of killing an animal like that, you're capable of doing much worse.. Yeah, yet the state wants him to walk the street.
