The Supreme Court just reversed a decision by a lower court that sought to strip qualifying immunity from a 10 year case where a Vermont police officer when a protestor injured during the encounter attempted to sue the police for their injury. The Supreme Court ruled Presidents only have it when performing official acts necessary in performance of their duties, and going after Trump on government time like we now know many did and includes Biden, Harris, Garland, Smith, Monaco, Weissman, ie the cabal, have no immunity from consequences and are defenseless against them.
