Some people don't care how their property looks. Like the ones we have with three houses. Always trash laying around 10 vehicles at one time door left wide open so their cats can come and go as they please, gutters hanging, Christmas lights dangling all over oh and don't let me forget the trash that blows over everyone else's properties that they just ride right on past like they didn't see it happen!!! CLEAN UP YOU ACT people please!!!
