SIC spout they made mistake moving here after spending nice summers. You are making a very good argument. Lot’s of people think that way however they are cowards and won’t admit it publicly. Once you see the real shore it takes some time to adjust. Mismanagement in most government agencies is the norm and is often accepted. Politicians and bureaucrats typically have their own agenda not those of the electorate and again it’s accepted. Seems whenever elections are the same people simply get re-elected.
