I'm hearing that the Lower Township MUA may be funding a trip to Australia for the Executive Director to attend a conference. How is this expense justified, and more importantly, how does it benefit the MUA and the ratepayers of Lower Township? This type of spending raises serious concerns. Is this truly a necessary and feasible use of funds? The MUA Board should be focusing less on questionable expenditures and more on supporting and retaining the hardworking men and women who keep the township's infrastructure running 24/7. That's where the real investment should be.
