Received a mailed promo from a NJ insurer suggesting I could save a lot on auto insurance. Their glitchy online application wouldn't work, so I phoned. Spent an hour talking to 3 people to give all info (no claims, high credit score, nothing unusual), told them my current policy expired in a few days. They said no problem, would get back to me in time. Still haven't heard, so paid current policy on due date. Not having a mascot is fine but doesn't make them a better company.
