I’ve always preferred a local owned restaurant as opposed to a chain. Although they are not necessarily a “Mom and Pop” entity, supporting folks who live and work in the community always feels good plus their ability to offer unique food items and/or entertainment as opposed to the chain cookie cutter items makes for a unique experience. Jester’s certainly fit that bill.
