The contractor is very busy and promised to do it ASAP. So, "neighbor" perhaps you could help out a "fellow neighbor" and remove some of the smaller branches if you can. That would be the "neighborly" thing to do! In the meantime, relax, the issue is being handled. We will be in town next weekend to check on the progress. Bye for now, "neighbor".
