Each day I pass a framed posting of my wife’s twin brother’s experience in Vietnam; a silver star, 2 bronze stars, Purple Heart, air medal and so on. Sometimes I consider my experience as an officer on a gunboat there in my deployment. And I remember the pentagon papers appearing after we returned, how we were betrayed to risk our lives for deception by a President.
