I have a way to fix the budget. Sell the bird sanctuary for commercial purposes. The south end of town has nothing. We have a dire need for another gas station on the island and a well know, family friendly restaurant would be welcomed! It could also serve as a place for low income housing and show us as an open and welcoming town.
