Very sorry to hear about Avalon’s new Boutique Hotel district. It’s already too crowded in CMC. Our local officials only care about their investor buddies and it shows. With 1092 short term rentals in Lower on top of a housing crisis, officials will just use the investors occupancy dollars to pay out of their obligations to fair housing. We need new leaders across the board as local voices don’t mean a thing to these Nepo babies ruling the roost.
