Once tariff “refunds” are calculated some will have a bad case of be careful what you wish for, you just might get it syndrome. It’s worse than TDS. POTUS issued the executive order denied by SCOTUS to ramp up economic pressure and quickly bring tariffs scofflaws to the table but basically checked the wrong box. Rebates if any will be less than people think. They’ll get a check for $6 dollars and 2 cents and feel they’ve been ripped off and find a shifty lawyer and sue the importer along with many others. It turns class action and 3 years later a check arrives for $6.02. Good luck!
