Regarding the Cape May spout and bias towards affordable housing. I know of a young couple, one a police officer, one a teacher. They make just over $100K combined. They have similar expenses as everyone else and maybe student loans. They are trying to save $ which is not easy in NJ. In my opinion, these are the people that need affordable housing. We seem to have a bias as to what it means...THIS is the demographic I think of. With houses OVER $600k in CMC, how does a young couple build a family in a home and live where they grew up? Is this who you are trying to get away from?
