Discipline is far too lax at RMT. My kids aren't behavior problems but they tell me what goes on, then how the problem kids who've gotten thrown out of class or written up brag that there was no consequence. This approach not only makes good kids feel devalued, it reinforces the bad kids to keep it up. The worst part is this is pretty much common sense. Or are the administrators more interested in the PR of saying that have less infractions?
