I wish the NJ MVC good luck in implementing the new e bike law. At least they were given a whole six months to create licensing rules and testing for 15 and 16 year old riders, bike registration and maybe license plates, figure out how to identify previously untitled vehicles and probably lots more I didn't think of. Since the old e bike laws and bike helmet laws were never enforced, we hope the local police will try their best to regulate the new law. More feel good ineffective legislation, just what we need in New Jersey.
