What made CMC a nice place to live was the small population, lots of open space and low taxes. Now CMC is being absolutely ruined by development. There isn’t a dry piece of land that isn’t being eyed for some type of residential development. What’s the plan? To let development continue until there’s nothing left to develop and destroys everything that made CMC a nice place to live? Or will we be smart and stop development to save what natural lands we have left? Unfortunately we have the worst people possible in every local government office. Greed drives people to destroy everything.
