We need better zoning and development for first time homebuyers. “Starter homes” should not be over $500,000 and have 4 bedrooms. Those of us in our late 20s/early 30s can’t afford children; we just want 2 bedrooms, a space out of our parents house, for a price we can afford. Instead of building “retirement communities” can we build some “first time home buyer communities” and replicate the house sizes, prices, and limitations for our age group?????????
