I don't know if this spout will reach the right people but I hope so. In the 7am hour, if its sunny, the sun is directly in the eyes of drivers heading "south" on 47 from Fishing Creek onward. I nearly hit someone jaywalking across 47 from the WaWa. I do my best each sunny morning. I drive slower, sunglasses, visor down, its still dangerous. PLEASE if you are a pedestrian in that area do not jaywalk. I'm sure you didn't realize how hard it is for drivers to see on a sunny morning. I don't want anyone getting hit.
