The more Cape May County's population grows, the more expensive everything will continue to go up. The cost of water, electricity, sewer rates & property taxes all will go up. The fact they're building a new desalination plant tells you we have already built too much. The more people that move here and the more houses built just makes traffic worse and more dangerous too. Cape May County does not need any more people moving here. Cape May County will turn into North Jersey if the towns don't finally put a stop to residential development. There is nothing new we need built in this county.
