Middle Township

The new governor needs to take aggressive measures to stop overdevelopment in CMC and all of NJ. Every year we lose more and more land to development. It’s relentless. The State needs prohibit the extension of water and sewer lines, ban the installation of new septic tanks and prohibit the subdivision of land. The state needs to deny permits for construction and use eminent domain to save land from development. Planning and zoning boards are worthless. They’re all bought off by developers and realtors. It won’t be the Garden State for long if we don’t stop development.
