Just read an article in the AC Press about the old go-cart area off of Rt.47, is being considered for development. Plan is to build 400 units in the price range of $750 $800K. "Plans are to include some affordable housing" from the article. How about all of it affordable to those who live and work there that aren't millionaires? Why not build $300-$400k units? Exactly where is the workforce supposed to live? Why do people need massive homes? How much space do you really need? What a shame.
