The high school needs to be careful catering to teachers who resign just so they can get a pay increase. I know the president is setting this example by stomping his feet because he didn’t get the peace prize and now is bullying his way into it but let’s not forgot that if a teacher wants to resign let them. This is one of the best paying schools for teachers. Another teacher will gladly accept that position. Stop catering to the elites of the school.
