So Sean McDermott coach of the Bills gets fired after 8 winning seasons and playoff appearances. In another part of NY Aaron Glenn of the Jets produces 13 losses and 3 wins with the team getting trounced all year , and he keeps his job. Anyone see any unfairness in that?
